Hi and welcome! I’m Bruce Inpyn, inspector and owner of BEI Quality & Safety Inspections, LLC. I am licensed in North Carolina and am a Professional Certified Inspector. I perform home inspections because I believe that an independent, third party will be objective and just report facts that will be in your best interest. My goal is to be true to the house and accurately and honestly describe its condition. This means that I am committed to provide you with a thorough home inspection where I will document what I see in the house at the time of the inspection. I will recommend further action on defects that I see so your future home will function as designed (that is it's quality) and it will be safe. I inspect every home objectively, looking for any defects that would cause you concern as a home owner.
